Location. Note that patients' primary residences must be in California.
Payment Information. Please note that Dr. Meffert does not accept any insurance payments and is not an “in-network” provider for any plans. Many insurance companies offer “out-of-network” benefits, which allow patients to be reimbursed for services. Patients are provided with a bill for services rendered that may submitted to insurance companies; the practice does not handle claims directly.
Up-to-date information on fees for consults, initial evaluations and treatment can be found in the "Good Faith Estimate." This will be shared with prospective patients after they submit a treatment inquiry.
